Newmedica has been using RedTitan Print2PC since the start of the year in three glaucoma clinics that operate the UK’s leading glaucoma monitoring service for NHS Hospital Trusts and PCTs.
Print2PC is integral to the efficient running of these clinics, where Humphrey Visual Field Analysers are connected to Newmedica’s proprietary software to record patient data safely and securely. The Print2PC software is straightforward to install and the hardware easy to fit and consistent in producing PNG files for each patient’s tests which integrate seamlessly into our clinic process.
We have been extremely impressed by the efficiency and effectiveness of Print2PC itself, which ensures the processing of high-quality data and imagery both easily and securely. The compatibility with our proprietary software is complete and the working relationship between Newmedica, RedTitan and Newmedica’s IT partners (Ascensus Ltd and Conosco Ltd) has run smoothly and problem-free.
RedTitan’s support service has also been of the highest quality. We heartily commend John Walder and the RedTitan team in High Wycombe for their prompt and efficient support in those rare situations when we have had to call on them and look forward to continuing this working relationship for many years to come.
